Not many people know  that there is a last line to this traditional wedding rhyme, but the silver sixpence was traditionally  worn in the shoe as a symbol of prosperity. With every wedding necklace or tiara we will give you an old sixpence to put in your shoe, or if you prefer, we can weave one into a bracelet or your necklace.
