Not many people know the  last line to this traditional wedding rhyme, but a silver sixpence was traditionally  worn in the shoe as a symbol of prosperity. With every necklace or tiara we will give you a sixpence for  your shoe, or if you prefer, we can weave one into a bracelet or your necklace.
